With 10 years experience providing professional baby care, Mrs. Jovanka R. Escoe, decided to create an online organization “TO EMPOWER AND EDUCATE NEW MOMS TO BE THE BEST THAT THEY CAN BE”; finding the right professional post-partum help to provided services in the comfort of your home without the need of a third party…, HELPING THEM FEEL MORE PREPARED AND READY TO BE MOTHERS”.

The Eureka Moment:

I love working with babies and I am inspired and dedicated to share this love with others. The story of baby  Sarah Jane Donohue who was born healthy and beautiful and because of the abuse of her care taker, she became a special baby. My heart reached out to her parents, especially her father Patrick Donohue, who is a real hero for being so committed to his baby girl and creating a foundation to make sure this incident does not happen to any other child/parent again. Also being a Baby Nurse, I have a multiple questions of why this incident happened in my field.

I decided do something about this. I was overtaken by something that can only be described as a fever. I was possessed during the next three months by a tireless need to work on this project, provide an easy way to educate new Parents on the importance of finding the right Professionals, and to facilitate easy background check and other cool tools with just a click of a button.

When you finally hire your candidate make sure the caregiver/professional experiences comfort in the home and have time to rest, eat, and a little space time, especially if He/She is in your home with your baby/babies for 24 hour service.

Some agencies don’t add these pointers to the contract or policies because once the caregiver is placed in a case and the agency have been paid with their fees, nothing more matters.  Plus they have an insurance company as a back-up plan, just in case something goes wrong. But you as a parent should make sure things are always under control in the home…“Treat the caregiver with respect and he/she will be all he/she can be with your loved ones.”

 Mrs. Jovanka R. Escoe was born and raised in Limon, Costa Rica. She values her home town’s warm and nurturing environment. 

She holds a Bachelor degree as a register nurse from the Saint Lucia University, CR, also attended St. Paula University, as a Physical therapy student. She worked as a Pediatric nurse for 5 years, before accepting a position in the United States, that become a mayor turning point in her life, balancing her life as a professional, wife, mother, plus  advices from several clients, she took a step of faith and created “Angels for Babies”.

I loved Babies for as long as I remember. They add joy to my life, because they represent what is a true “Miracle”.

As women we are strong and have a multifaceted spirit (we believe we can do everything by ourselves…)
